Lighting for a shared learning hub built around openness, visibility and different ways of working.

Open learning hub and two enclosed classrooms
Lighting in the space
The new hub replaces a corridor-and-classroom arrangement with a more open setting, while retaining two enclosed teaching rooms. The spaces call for clear, comfortable light across shared learning, with a distinct approach in the classrooms and circulation areas.
TaskSpace delivered the wider adaptation after RAAC removal and changes to floor levels improved access. Calibo’s confirmed contribution was all the lighting. The scheme spans open study, enclosed classrooms and circulation, giving each area a clear role within the new learning environment.
